How do I upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription:

Go to your purchases page
Click the Manage button. You'll be forwarded to a friendly chat bot that will help with your account.


You can upgrade your account at any point. The upgrade can be effective on the day of the request or on your renewal date. When required a pro-rated credit will be made for any un-used exchanges on the current plan.


You can downgrade your account effective your next renewal date.


Some subscriptions plans allow pausing. You can inform a start and end date for the pause (up to 4 to 8 weeks depending on the subscription). During this time, instructors won't review or publish exchanges. Your renewal date will be pushed back by the length of your pause.
