An instructor will prepare a startup exchange for you. Typically, this happens within a business day, but can take up to 3 business days. You'll be notified by an email from support@singdaptive.com when your next exchange is ready.

I have submitted an exchange as part of my free trial, but I'm waiting to hear back


An instructor will prepare the next exchange of your trial for you within a business day and then proceed with your startup. You'll be notified by an email from support@singdaptive.com when your next exchange is ready.

I haven't submitted any exchanges


Submit your first exchange by visiting the dashboard. An instructor will get back to you with your first exchange within a business day. You'll be notified by an email from support@singdaptive.com when your next exchange is ready.
