What to do if the site is blank / is stuck updating / stuck loading?

If app.singdaptive.com is frozen, you get a blank screen when you try to log-in or you keep getting an UPDATE message, it can be best to clear your app storage. Here's how:

Mac Safari - clear app data

Close any tabs with Singdaptive open
Click Safari in the top menu
Click Settings, then click Privacy icon and then click Manage Website Data
In the search field type singdaptive and then highlight it in the search results
Click Remove
Quit and Restart Safari

Chrome (Mac or Windows) - clear app data

Close any tabs with Singdaptive open
Click Chrome in the top menu
Click Preferences, then click Privacy and security which is in the left margin. then click Site settings, then click View permissions and data stored across sites
In the search field type in the top right type singdaptive and click Enter key
Click the Trash icon beside any references to Singdaptive sites
Quit and Restart Chrome

iOS Safari - clear app data

Close any tabs with Singdaptive open
Tap Settings app
Tap Safari, then tap Website Data
In the search field type singdaptive and swipe left and delete any references to Singdaptive
Quit and Restart Safari
